A small pension in Urabandai, close to the Goshikinuma (五色沼) ponds. Guests have two private baths, with no set time slots, so you can go in as often as you like. The owner is keen on Italy: dinner is a course meal with wine he imports himself, and breakfast gets good words too. The ponds are an easy morning walk away, and there are resident cats.
