YesDay-use bathing (800 yen adult, 400 yen for ages 3 to elementary school, free under 3) covers the sea-view open-air bath (16:00-22:00) and the indoor Ryugu bath (15:00-22:00 for day visitors, plus 6:00-10:00). The reservation-only private bath costs extra for day visitors (2,000 yen for 40 minutes or 2,500 yen for 60 minutes; 1,000 yen for 40 minutes or 1,500 yen for 60 minutes for overnight guests).

Hirado Kaijo Hotel sits on the coast in Hirado, with rooms and baths facing the water. Its indoor bath, called Ryugu (龍宮), is built like an aquarium, with fish in the water around the tub, a detail guests mention again and again. There is also an open-air bath looking out to sea, and a reservation-only private bath with its own charge for day visitors. In the evening the view reaches the lit-up Hirado Bridge, and the sunrise over the water draws early bathers.
