YesDay-use bathing follows the inn's own calendar: it closes on several irregular days each month, announced on the official site, and during the New Year holiday period.
Day-use bathing is indoor bath only, last admission 19:30; the mixed bathing garden rotenburo and the private family bath are for overnight guests only. Bath towels are not included.

Ujo no Yado Shintsuta is a ryokan in Iwaki Yumoto onsen, named for the poet Noguchi Ujo (野口雨情), who wrote many well known children's songs including "Shabondama." The shared indoor bath, separate for men and women, has a sauna and an herbal bath. A mixed bathing garden rotenburo called Chikurin sits among bamboo; it's for overnight guests only and a bathing garment or swimsuit is required. The water comes from a natural hot spring with a strong, steady flow. A private family bath can also be reserved at check-in.
