About

A municipal day-use facility on the Sea of Japan coast, built around hot spring baths and a 25 m heated pool. There are two large baths looking out to sea, and the open-air bath (rotenburo, 露天風呂) has the same view. The men's and women's sides swap every day, so you can try both. The sauna has a cold plunge and costs nothing extra. The pool area also has a kids' pool, a pressure and bubble bath, and an uttaseyu (打たせ湯), a seat where a stream of water falls on your shoulders and back. There is a restaurant on the first floor and a large tatami hall upstairs for resting. It is day-use only, with no rooms to stay in.
