Hanano Onsen Tanuki-yu is a natural onsen with a simple spring located in the Ishiki area of Kagoshima City. The emerald green flowing water comes from two natural springs. Facilities include an open-air bath, a cave sauna made of natural stone with far-infrared rays for gentle heating, a cold bath, waterfall bath, jet bath, and bubble bath. There is also a restaurant, rest area, coin lockers with keys, massage machines, and parking for 75 cars. It is accessible by a 1 km drive from the Hanano-guchi intersection on Route 3 and a 3-minute walk from the Sennenbashi bus stop.
