The water here runs a deep amber color, a moor spring (moru-sen, モール泉) that leaves skin feeling smooth, and it flows continuously into two indoor tubs kept at different temperatures. The building used to be a ryokan, and its old guest rooms now serve as a rest area, so the day-use bath keeps the quiet, private feel of an inn rather than a public bathhouse.
