Kogane no Yu Iwato in Iwatocho, Makurazaki City, uses a natural mineral spring rich in iron and radium from the Iwato mine. This mineral spring is said to be beneficial for gastrointestinal and skin diseases, including atopy. The bathhouse features various baths such as open-air, cold bath, electric bath, jet bath, and bubble bath. There are two types of bathrooms, Western and Japanese style, which alternate daily between men and women. Family baths, a restaurant, rest area, coin laundry, and 80 parking spaces are available. It offers a panoramic view of the East China Sea.
