YesClosed the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (moved to the next day if that Monday is a public holiday). Hours are shortened to 10:00 to 18:00 on December 31 and January 1, rather than closing. Last entry is 20:30, 30 minutes before closing.
Adult 420 yen, cash only. Children ages 6 to 11 pay 150 yen, ages 1 to 5 pay 80 yen, with a discounted rate for seniors 65 and up and disability certificate holders.
