Ashiyu Nihonkai

An open-air foot bath on the beach side of Senami onsen, run by the inn Taikanso Senaminoyu and set right behind it. You sit with your feet in the water and look out at the Sea of Japan, and visitors like it around sunset. One part is roofed, and reviewers say that side runs warmer than the open one, which can feel lukewarm. Next to the foot bath is a corner where you can make onsen eggs. It is closed in winter. The walk to it starts from the shore side, so it is a bit of a stroll from the car park.
