YesSunday and public-holiday hours change by season: 10:00 to 18:00 from March through November, 13:00 to 18:00 from December through February. Monday through Saturday it's open 10:00 to 21:00 year-round.
The 400 yen adult rate is for residents of Unzen city using the pool and sauna; visitors from outside the city pay 700 yen. High-school students pay 150 yen and younger children 100 yen for the pool, and children under 3 are free. Gym-only use has its own cheaper rate.

Reflesh Center Obama is a municipal sports complex in Obama Onsen. The main pool is 25 meters with seven lanes, one set aside for walking laps, plus a separate pool for young children, and the complex also has a machine gym, an aerobics studio, and a far-infrared sauna. Its relax room holds a bathing tub fed by Obama's hot-spring water, used for flowing-water bathing said to help circulation and let you unwind. Day visitors are welcome alongside members. Locals use it as a gathering spot, chatting as they walk the edge lane, and the wide poolside looks out toward the sea.
