Yoshicho is a chanpon restaurant in Obama Onsen, Unzen, that cooks its noodle broth with the town's own onsen water. Diners can follow their bowl with a free soak in the restaurant's onsen bath, a salty spring included in the price of a meal, with shampoo, conditioner and body soap on hand (towels are sold at the counter rather than lent). A few window seats look out over the sea.
