The hotel's communal bath is fed by a natural hot spring, clear and colorless, with a deep indoor tub, a roomy washing area, a sauna with a cold plunge, and a rotenburo outside. Day-use bathing is welcome alongside overnight stays. A nearby university sends students in for a soak, so the bath fills up in early evening and quiets down late at night or early in the morning. There's a restaurant on site for dinner, and parking for about 100 cars is free.
