YesLast entry is 16:00, one hour before the bath closes to day visitors. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, day-use hours are shortened to 15:00-17:00 for bath cleaning.
Adult day-use entry is 750 yen; children of elementary-school age pay 350 yen.

The hotel's one bathing floor draws on its own hot-spring source, water that's mild and on the cool side, easy to soak in for a while without feeling overheated. It looks out over Lake Kitaura, though there's no outdoor tub or sauna, just the indoor bath. Some rooms have their own open-air tub, but it's filled with heated tap water rather than the spring. It's a plain, no-frills hotel: simple rooms, a restaurant and a tennis court on site (the restaurant is for overnight guests only; day visitors are here for the bath). It sits in a quiet spot with little else nearby, which some guests count as the point.
