YesClosed on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month for maintenance.
This is the standard walk-in (non-member) bathing rate: 900 yen on weekdays, 1,200 yen on weekends and holidays. Members pay less, 700 or 900 yen, after a one-time 500 yen registration. A separate overnight stay course with a robe and towel costs more, plus a late-night surcharge after midnight.

Kitaoumi Spa is a large day-and-night bathhouse and sauna facility in Nagahama. The men's and women's sides each have an indoor hall bath and an open-air bath, and the water drawn from underground is faintly salty and smooth on the skin. Sauna setups differ by side: the men's has a high-temperature sauna and an infrared sauna, the women's an infrared sauna and a mist sauna, and both pair with a cold plunge filled with groundwater. The women's side also has jet baths. Around the baths there is a restaurant open even to guests who aren't bathing, an in-house bakery, and a 24-hour rest lounge with paid private rooms for a longer stay.
