Ohito Hotel sits on a hillside above Izunokuni, with views of Mount Fuji from the rooms and the open-air bath. The large indoor bath and rotenburo swap between the men's and women's sides, and the water comes from a spring that rises on the site of the former Ohito gold mine, worked until the early Showa era. Some rooms have their own open-air bath, and there is a free reservable private bath, booked at the front desk on a first-come basis. A foot bath in the Japanese garden looks out toward Fuji as well.
