About

A seaside ryokan in Yunohama onsen with two large baths. Watanohara (海の原) looks out over the Sea of Japan through big windows and has an open-air bath with a private feel. Amanohara (天の原) has a nuru-yu (ぬる湯) indoors, a lukewarm soak for staying in a long while, and outside a rock rotenburo (露天風呂) where the sea breeze and the smell of the tide come with the bath. The baths are separated by gender, and the men's and women's sides swap in the early morning, so guests get to try both. Some rooms also have their own spring bath.
