A small ryokan in Mikawa Onsen with one indoor bath, compact enough that about four people fill it. There is no open-air bath, but the window looks onto trees and maples, and the bath has washing stations with showers. Day-use bathing (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴) is available. Mikawa Onsen opened in 1928, and this is a quiet, low-key place to soak rather than a resort.
