Hot Plaza Asama (ホットプラザ浅間), run by Matsumoto City, is the public bath of the Asama Onsen resort area. Men's and women's sections each have an indoor bath and an open-air bath fed by the local spring, plus a sauna and cold plunge. A foot bath sits right at the entrance for a quick soak before or after.
