Hiratopia has two separately named baths, Yakumo and Buna, each with its own indoor bath, open-air tub and sauna: Yakumo's rotenburo sits in a hinoki-wood tub with a mist sauna, Buna's is rock-lined with a dry sauna, and there's also a jet bath. It's a modest, old-school neighborhood bathhouse at the foot of the Hira mountains in Otsu rather than a flashy leisure complex, with a small restaurant and a mallet golf ground on site.
