The adult rate applies from junior high school age. Seniors 65 and older and holders of a disability certificate pay 500 yen, ages 4 through elementary school pay 300 yen, and children 3 and under bathe free.

Haruno-no-yu is a large day-use hot spring complex in the Haruno district of Kochi city. The main bathing hall has a high, open ceiling, and each of the men's and women's sides has a big indoor tub, a smaller tub, a reclining bath, a jet bath, a cold plunge and a sauna, with salty spring water throughout. Outside, the rotenburo continues into a stone cave bath and a row of pressure-fall utaseyu. A ryokan wing attached to the baths has Japanese-style rooms, two of them with their own private open-air bath.
