Honjo Tennen Onsen Otogi no Mori is a large day-use bathing complex in Kitakyushu, fed by natural onsen water. The indoor bath area has a jet bath, a mild electric bath, sitting and reclining baths and a cold plunge, and the outdoor area adds an open-air bath, a silk bath and a tsubo-yu jar bath with room to sit and cool off outside. There are two saunas, a far-infrared dry sauna and a mist sauna. A restaurant, dessert corner and retail corner are on site, plus a rest area for lingering after a soak. Baths are separated by gender, with no mixed bathing and no family baths.
