TAOYA Shirahama Senjo is a resort hotel above the coast at Shirahama, part of the Ooedo Onsen Monogatari group. The indoor communal bath sits right next to an open-air bath with a view, and there's also a private bath reached by a short walk outdoors and down some stairs, worth knowing if you're visiting on a winter night.
