YesClosed on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, not every Tuesday. The site also posts separate hours around New Year's.
The admission fee has no time limit. A private bath (kashikiri, three rooms) is available separately for 1,700 yen per hour, booking required by the day before.

A day-use bathhouse on the Shitanigawa river in Kanoya. The indoor hall has a sauna, a cold plunge, a waterfall bath (utaseyu, 打たせ湯), an electric bath and jet baths, and the outdoor bath runs mild and comfortable, good for a long soak, with seats for resting outside afterward. The bathing hall has drinking-water taps, and three private baths (kashikiri, 貸切) can be booked a day ahead. The water is clear and leaves skin feeling smooth. It's a straightforward neighborhood spot, well used by locals, with a tatami room to unwind in and the main hall swapping between men's and women's sides every Wednesday.
