Sabako Ryokan

A modest, older ryokan in Iizaka Onsen, not far from the station. It has one bath, which you lock from the inside, so it works as a private bath: you wait for a free slot and then have it to yourself. Reviewers say the water runs fairly hot. Rooms are simple, and toilets and washbasins are outside the rooms. Reviewers praise the soba at breakfast, and in the evening the inn runs an izakaya.
