YesWeekday last entry is 20:00; on weekends and holidays it is 14:00. On weekends, holidays and school break peak days, the 16th floor rooftop bath, Seiten (星天), is closed to day visitors.
Weekday bathing only is ¥1,500 for an adult (¥800 for a child aged 3 to elementary school). Weekends and holidays don't offer bath-only entry, only a bath-plus-pool set: ¥3,000 adult / ¥2,000 child (the weekday version of that same set is ¥2,500 / ¥1,500).

Jozankei View Hotel is a large hot-spring hotel in Jozankei Onsen, on the edge of Sapporo. The older main building holds an indoor bath called Yusuikyo (湯酔郷), with a jet bath, a bubble bath, a rain shower, two saunas including a fragrant white steam sauna, and a cold plunge. The newer wing has a rooftop open-air bath, Seiten (星天), sixteen floors up, looking down over the valley and out at the night sky. The spring water is salty. The hotel also runs a water park for kids and two restaurants, and comfortably takes tour groups and school trips alongside families.
