The Yuinchi Hotel is a large resort on a hilltop above Nanjo, looking out over Nakagusuku Bay. Its bath, Enjin no Yu, is a natural hot spring, unusual for this part of Okinawa, kept flowing fresh without filtering, heating or added water. Alongside the shared bath there are private baths with the same water, plus pools and a restaurant serving Okinawan dishes. Reviewers come back mainly for the view: soaking with the bay and the night sky laid out below.
