Admission includes one bath towel and one face towel. The sauna and rock-bath (ganbanyoku) floor need a separate 950 yen SPA+ upgrade. Early entry, 5:00 to 9:00, and late entry after 1:00, are priced separately from the daytime rate.

Spa & Hotel Maihama Eurasia in Urayasu is built around a large day-use bathhouse on hot-spring water drawn from deep underground, which the hotel runs as kakenagashi (源泉かけ流し), straight from the source. The bathing floor has an open-air rotenburo and several saunas, including a panoramic sauna that looks out over the Maihama resort area, plus a cold plunge, a cool room, a heated rock-bath floor called ganbanyoku (岩盤浴), and a foot bath. From the hotel's rooftop terrace you can see the Tokyo skyline and Tokyo Skytree, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days. Some of the higher-floor and suite rooms have their own onsen bath; standard rooms don't. The hotel also runs its own restaurants.
