YesReservation only, two-hour sessions, up to 6 people, shared with other guests. Swimwear is required. Rental towel 200 yen, rental poncho 500 yen. Cash on site only. Weekend and holiday price starts at 3,200 yen. Preschoolers are free; elementary school age and older pay the adult price.

A sauna stay in a converted old farmhouse, rented as a whole house. Day visitors can book a session in the kura sauna, which is a converted storehouse, and cool off in a cold plunge filled with Abukuma subsurface water. The rest space looks out on the woods in front. There is no onsen bath here, it is all about the sauna. Day sessions are by reservation only and shared with other guests, with a small group cap.
