About
A resort hotel with 56 rooms, log cottages, a restaurant, a barbecue area and a sports ground. The bathing side has separate men's and women's indoor baths, an open-air bath for each and a sauna, all filled with natural hot spring water that is kakenagashi (源泉掛け流し), kept flowing fresh. Day visitors can use the baths without staying, and the restaurant takes non-guests for lunch too. It feels more like a countryside leisure complex than a traditional ryokan, with plenty of room for families and groups.
