Shiki no Yado Sahimeno (四季の宿 さひめ野) sits at the foot of Mt. Sanbe (三瓶山) in Shimane, with a panorama of the surrounding peaks from the property. The baths draw from a natural spring whose water feels smooth and faintly salty on the skin. The open-air bath has a roof, so it stays usable in rain. Day-use bathing is available for those not staying overnight. The ryokan has its own dining room serving kaiseki-style meals.
