澤の宿錦泉閣さわのやどきんせんかく
Day-use bathing is by advance reservation only, since the whole inn is booked out to one party at a time (roughly 10:00 to 15:00).
Reported around 1,000 yen for 1 hour or 1,500 yen for 1.5 hours (2025); a 2026 source instead cites 1,500 yen for about 1 hour, so the exact rate may vary.
Open-air outdoor bath
Enclosed indoor bathing area
Uses natural hot spring water
Private bath available for day-use visitors or hotel guests to reserve
There is no separate small private-bath facility (the yukoyuko listing's own field marks 貸切風呂 as unavailable), but bathing is booked in exclusive reserved slots so only one party uses the rotenburo/indoor bath at a time, including for day-use visitors (per a 2026 Google review: 露天風呂は日帰りでも貸し切れて内湯まで貸し切りにして下さいました).
Shared bathing area for all genders
Restaurant or dining open to visitors (not just hotel meal plans)
No on-site dining; guests are room-only and use a soba restaurant across the street.
Shower, wash stations, soap and shampoo provided
Relaxation space for after bathing
On-site or nearby parking available
A small riverside inn tucked in a gorge along the Osaru River, with a stone-rimmed mixed outdoor bath (konyoku rotenburo, 混浴露天風呂) right at the water's edge. The spring is alkaline simple onsen water (pH 8.2) flowing straight from the Tarusudake source at 93°C, tempered without tap water, silky and gentle on the skin. Being this close to the stream, with untouched mountain forest on all sides, gives the whole soak a genuinely wild feeling.
