Sagae Onsen Kappo Ryokan Fukuyoshi

A single reservable bath is the whole bathing side of this small kappo ryokan, five tatami rooms built as much around its kappo-style cooking as its hot spring bath. The water runs a light tea-brown, and guests say it leaves the skin feeling smooth and warms you through. There's also a daytime lunch plan for small groups, priced with the bathing tax included, and the kitchen takes on banquets for larger groups too.
