Toba Ocean Resort is a large seaside hotel on Toba Bay, renamed in 2026 from Hotel Altia Toba under the ICONIA Hospitality group. Its open-air bath draws on a natural hot spring and looks straight out over the bay. There is also an indoor bath and a sauna. Two of the premium room grades add their own open-air hot-spring bath on the room's terrace, with the same view of the bay. The hotel runs on an all-inclusive plan, with a restaurant serving Ise-Shima course dinners, a lounge and a garden pool.
