Adults ¥1,200 / elementary school students ¥600 / children (3+) ¥300. Sand bath (霧砂) is separate: day-use ¥2,500/adult. Private bath (山霧) additional fee. Last entry 14:00.

The bathing facilities at Kirishima Kokusai Hotel are open to day visitors as well as guests. The water is a milky white sulfur spring with a noticeable smell and a tendency to leave white mineral flakes on the skin (posted signs around the baths explain it's just natural deposits). There are open-air baths set among trees, a large indoor bath, a bedrock sauna (ganbanyoku, 岩盤浴), a steam bath, a cold bath, and a private reserved bath (kashikiri, 貸切風呂) for groups or families. A sand bath (sunayu, 砂むし温泉), the first of its kind in the Kirishima area, opened in June 2026 and has its own separate hours and entry.
