Ozegoya (尾瀬小屋) is a mountain hut in Oze that sleeps around 200 and also opens its bath to day visitors (higaeri nyuyoku, 日帰り入浴). Men and women bathe separately, swapping over in the quiet season. Only body soap is provided, so bring your own shampoo. Whether the bath water is onsen is not confirmed. The hut looks out over the Ozegahara marsh toward Mt. Shibutsu, and the terrace is a popular place for a daytime beer or a meal. Visitors say it feels more like a minshuku than a typical mountain hut, with good food, though the building is old and leans in places. It runs only in the warm season.
