About
Kutsurogian is a small ryokan among rice fields in Minamiuonuma, Niigata. It has indoor and open-air hot-spring baths, and its two family baths are reserved entirely for one group at a time rather than shared. Dinner draws on local ingredients and sake, sometimes cooked over an open hearth, and the inn also offers a day-use plan that pairs lunch with a bath.
