Hotel Kawachiya is a ryokan overlooking the Aono River in Shimogamo. It has a large indoor bath, split between a men's and women's side that swap in the evening, along with open-air baths, and some room types come with their own private open-air onsen bath in the room. The spring water is used undiluted and kept flowing fresh. Stays include breakfast and dinner.
