Day Use
YesThe main bath is open for day-use 10:00 to 21:00. The private family baths (Koyo-no-yu, Hinoki-no-yu, and the rooftop Fugetsu) are open for day-use only 10:00 to 14:00, and cannot be booked ahead for day visitors.
Day-use entry to the main bath is 600 yen for adults and 300 yen for children. The private family baths cost extra for a 50-minute session: 2,500 yen for Koyo-no-yu or Hinoki-no-yu, and 4,000 yen for the rooftop Fugetsu with its barrel sauna.

Kiyonoya sits above the Chikugo River in Ukiha, with rooms and the bath hall looking out over the water and the Mino mountains beyond. The bathing water comes from the inn's own source and is kept flowing; it carries a faint sulfur scent, leaves skin feeling smooth, and can be drunk as well. The shared bath is indoor only, split into men's and women's sides on a swap rotation, but three private family baths can be booked separately, including a rooftop one with a barrel sauna. Some guest rooms have their own onsen bath too.
