YesLast admission to the outdoor bath is 22:00, half an hour before it closes. It also closes around New Year (roughly December 30 to January 4, dates vary by year) and for occasional maintenance days announced a few days ahead each month; bad winter weather can suspend day-use bathing at the outdoor bath specifically, even when the rest of the ryokan is open.
Only body soap is provided at the day-use bath; there's no shampoo, dryer or towel, so bring your own if you plan to wash up properly.

Kiraku is a ryokan on a hilltop above Kamo-ko lake, near Ryotsu port on Sado Island. Its own outdoor bath, Toki no Maiyu (朱鷺の舞湯), stands in a separate building with a garden of black stones underfoot for a foot massage on the way in; the water itself is warm and salty. A panorama bath on the third floor of the main building looks out over the lake, the bay and the town, with sunrise over the water and sunset behind the Osado mountains. Overnight guests can also book one of three private outdoor tubs, Yuraku Nagaya (湯楽長屋), free for a 30-minute slot. The inn takes its name from a local legend about the toki (朱鷺), the crested ibis Sado is known for: a wounded bird is said to have bathed in this spring and flown off healed. Reviewers describe old but well-kept facilities, a quiet setting, dinners served in the room, and attentive staff.
