YesDay-use entry through the restaurant set plan closes with a last entry at 6 pm. The rooftop pool, jet bath and mini pool close for annual maintenance from January 12 to 16, 2027 (the indoor bath and sauna stay open).

Miyako Hotel Hakata runs its onsen spa on the top floor, using hot-spring water pumped up from beneath the property. The indoor bath is glass walled and looks out over the city toward Fukuoka Airport. Outside, the same water fills a heated pool with a jet bath, a mini pool and a foot bath, set below an eight-meter waterfall, more like a rooftop pool deck than a traditional soaking bath. Baths are separated by gender: the men's side has a dry sauna and a cold plunge, the women's side a steam sauna. The hotel sits right by Hakata Station.
