841. Shirakawa-go no Yu, Shirakawa, Gifu A ryokan with an onsen in the main part of Shirakawa-go village. I went for a day visit for 800. Day visits are listed from 07:00 to 21:00, except Thursdays, and except the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays. The bath photos are from the internet, and they only partly match. The water was clearer and more yellowish rather than green, and the place felt a little worse in person than in the photos. 1. Outdoor bath. From the photos online, it looks like there will be a partial view because of the fence design, but in fact you can say there is no view. The water is clear, slightly yellowish, with a slight iodine smell. Temperature 41.5. 2. Indoor area. It is comfortable to breathe inside, with a strong iodine smell. 2.1. Main bath.
