This business hotel sits in central Matsuyama, close to the Okaido shopping arcade, and pipes its own bath water in from Oku-Dogo Onsen (奥道後温泉), a spring about 6 kilometers away. The men's bath is on the top floor with windows looking out over the city, the women's bath is on a separate floor below, and each adds a sauna, a cold plunge and a small open-air tub. The water is clear and odorless, with a smooth, faintly slippery feel on the skin. A family bath on the top floor can be booked same-day at the front desk. Breakfast is a buffet built around local Ehime dishes such as jako-ten (じゃこ天) fried fish cakes.
