About

Seki no Yu is a big bath complex in Iwaki, built around the sea. The rotenburo (露天風呂) and the utaseyu (打たせ湯, a stream of water falling on the shoulders) face the Pacific, and there are indoor baths, a jet bath, a far-infrared sauna, a steam sauna with aroma and a cold plunge. The baths use spring water. Some guest rooms come with their own spring bath and a sea view. It works as a day-trip stop and as an inn at once: a restaurant on the third floor, a lounge, separate nap rooms for men and women, and loungewear and a towel set that come with the day-use ticket.
