Shinchi-yu is a public bath located in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture, in the Hanshin area. It features a Showa-era retro atmosphere, with facilities such as a weighing scale and food and drink sales. The bathhouse has a distinctive chimney and is the only public bath in Sanda.
