A sulfur-bearing sodium chloride-sulfate spring at Ginzan Onsen, blended from three cooperative wells (Nos. 2, 3 and 6). Free hydrogen sulfide and hydrosulfide ions together run past 8 mg/kg, so a genuine sulfur character sits over a salty, sulfate-bodied base at neutral pH. The posted notice lists atopic dermatitis, psoriasis vulgaris, chronic eczema, pyoderma and cuts among the conditions this water is documented for. Metasilicic acid at 109 mg/kg also places it in Japan's beauty-water family, leaving a thin silica film that makes skin feel smoother. The wellhead runs at 66.5 °C, among Japan's hottest natural sources, and reaches the bathing point at 52.0 °C.
