Ocean-view baths at a coastal Miyazaki hotel
Day Use
YesClosed for maintenance 1 to 2 irregular days a month rather than a fixed weekly day off; confirmed closures are September 30, October 6, December 7 and December 21, 2026, and January 18 to 20, March 9 and March 31, 2027. Reopens at 15:00 the day after a closure. Last admission for day-use bathing is 20:00 (the bath closes at 21:00).
Day-use bathing at the indoor bath is 800 yen on weekdays, 1,000 yen on weekends and holidays, and 1,100 yen on designated peak dates (New Year, Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week). Children age 3 and up pay 500 yen on weekdays and weekends, 600 yen on peak dates. The separate private open-air bath can also be booked by day visitors: 60 minutes for 2,500 to 3,500 yen depending on the day, in one of four fixed slots between 10:30 and 15:15.

Tattoo cover stickers are not accepted either; a visitor found bathing with any visible tattoo will be asked to leave, with no refund.

The hotel's indoor bathing hall has a wide veranda looking over the Pacific, with a jet bath, cold plunge and a sauna that runs an automatic steam cycle. The open-air bath here is a separate, reservation-only private bath rather than part of the main hall; day visitors can book it too, by the hour. The water is a naturally free-flowing hot spring. Four of the ocean-view suite rooms have their own private onsen tub on the balcony; the hotel's other room types don't.
