Day Use
YesDay-use bathing runs all year except during Golden Week, and admission may be limited during Obon and the New Year period due to crowding. Last entry is 19:00, and day-use bathing is sometimes suspended without notice for maintenance.
The day-use price includes tax and the bathing tax. Towels are not included but can be rented (a hand towel for 200 yen, a bath towel for 300 yen). Children pay the same rate as adults; ask at the front desk about infants aged 0 to 3.

Izumiya is a hot-spring ryokan in Anabara Onsen (穴原温泉), part of the Iizaka Onsen area in Fukushima, right on the Surikami River. The rock open-air bath, split into separate sides for men and women, looks out over the river's rapids, and several guest rooms share that view. The indoor bath, called Kongo-no-yu (金剛の湯), runs quite hot, while the outdoor bath tends to stay milder. The spring water itself is plain and soft on the skin, mild enough that the ryokan calls it easy for children to bathe in too. Beyond the baths there is a floor-heated ganbanyoku (岩盤浴) room, ondol-style with a low-temperature stone floor, where you lie down in rented samue (作務衣) lounge wear and work up a gentle sweat.
