YesBathing-only day use runs 07:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 24:00, but last entry is 22:00.
Bathing-only pass: 1,080 yen on weekdays, 1,410 yen on weekends and holidays, 1,610 yen in peak season (children 490/600/680 yen, preschoolers free); towel rental is a separate 330 yen. A reservation-only bath-plus-dinner-buffet plan is also sold at higher prices, with a towel included.

Hotel Shinko is a hot-spring hotel in Isawa with two full bath halls, each holding an indoor bath, a sauna, a cold plunge and an open-air bath. The halls swap between men and women every morning and evening, so which layout you get depends on when you come. Out in the hotel's Japanese garden there's a separate footbath, and past guests also mention a wine bath among the tubs. Washing stations are plentiful. Towel rental is a paid add-on on the bathing-only day pass, but it comes included if you book the bath-plus-dinner-buffet plan instead.
