About
Yudokoro Aratae is a roadside day-use bathhouse in Komatsushima, Tokushima. The baths come in mirrored pairs for men and women, each side with its own indoor bath, open-air bath, cold plunge and sauna, plus a shared rest area to cool down between rounds. The alkaline spring water feels smooth and slightly slippery, and leaves your skin soft after a soak. Beyond the baths there's an on-site restaurant and a fee-based enzyme bath, a treatment warmed by the heat of fermentation.
