YesClosed every Wednesday and from December 31 to January 4. Last entry 19:30. The sauna runs from 16:00 on weekdays and from 11:00 on weekends and holidays, until 30 minutes before closing.
Adults 700 yen until 17:00, 500 yen from 17:00 to 20:00. Seniors (65+) and elementary/junior-high pupils 500 yen (300 yen after 17:00). Preschoolers free.

Sagiriso is a bathing facility run by Samegawa village for its residents, and visitors can drop in for a soak too. The bathing is indoors: a main bath, a dry sauna and a cold plunge that reviewers describe as pleasantly mild. There is no open-air bath. Shampoo, body soap and hair dryers are provided, and the shop sells towels. Afterwards you can rest in the large hall or in the private rooms. It sits among the hills of the Fukushima countryside and feels like a local bathhouse, not a resort.
